经阴道彩色多普勒对诊断无症状宫外孕的临床价值

目的:探讨经阴道彩色多普勒对诊断无症状宫外孕的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析106例经临床确诊的无症状宫外孕患者的声像图的特征性表现。并选取62例宫内早孕为对照组,观察宫外孕及宫内早孕子宫内膜的变化,并检测孕囊周边、附件区包块内有无滋养动脉血流。结果:106例宫外孕组中85例(80.2%)可清晰显示附件区的输卵管环征,82例(77.4%)子宫内膜呈现与正常月经周期增生晚期子宫内膜改变相似的“三线样”声像图改变,81例(占76.4%)于附件区包块检测到滋养动脉血流信号;62例宫内孕组子宫内膜均于“三线样”改变,51例(82.3%)于孕囊周边检测到滋养动脉血流信号。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒对无症状宫外孕的诊断有较大的临床应用价值。

Clinital Value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography in Diagnosing Asymptomatic Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value of,transvaginal coler doppler sonographyin diagnosing asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy.Methods Transvagmal color doppler sonography was performed in 106 patients with asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy and the sonographic features analysed.62 women of early intrauterine pregnancy were chosen for control,endomertnum of the women of early intrauterine and ecto pic pregnancy were observed bytransvaginal color doppler sonography,and trophoblastic artery flow were investigated surrounding the intrauterine embryo or in the conglomeration of salpinx.Results In the group of 106 cases of ectopic pregnancy,the tubal ring could be demonstrated clearlyin 85 cases(80.2%).An endometrial three-line pattem resembled late proliferative endometrium of the normal menstrual eyele were seen in 82(77.4%) ectopic pregnancy.81(76.4%)ectopic pregnancy had trophoblastic artery flow wythin the conglomeration of salpinx.An endometrial three-line pattern were not seen in 62 early intmuterine pregnancy,51(82.3%)early intrauterine pregnancy had tropho blastic artery flow suttounding the intrauterine embryo.Conclusion Transvaginal color dopper sonography is an important diagnostic modality in diagnosing asymptomatic ectopic pregnancy.
