| 摘 要： | 目的：观察各种肝病患者血清总胆汁酸（TBA）水平变化，探讨其在肝病发展过程中的作用。方法：采用循环酶速率法，检测各种肝病患者TBA水平。结果：急性期各种肝病患者，血清总胆汁酸含量明显升高，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01），在恢复期，各种肝病患者总胆汁酸较活动期下降，与对照组比较，除急肝和慢肝轻度患者无统计学意义外，其余各种肝病患者血清TBA仍有显著性差异。结论：血清总胆汁酸（TBA）在肝病病情进展中起重要作用，其水平与肝损害程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical significance of the level of serum total bile acids (TBA) in patients with liver disease. Methods: The level of serum TBA in 205 patients with liver disease was determined with kinetic method. Results: The level of serum TBA in patients with acute liver disease was obviously higher than that in healthy control group(P < 0.01). The level of serum TBA in active stage of liver disease was higher than that in recovery stage. Conclusion: TBA is very important in the pathogenesis of liver disease and its level is closely related with the degree of liver damage. |
