| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生活美容手术患者的心理状态及其相关因素。方法采用美容心理状态自评量表(CMSS),对109例受术者进行问卷调查,并进行结果分析。结果109例整形美容受术者中,24.8%存在一般体象心理问题,22.0%存在体象障碍,且分别有28.4%存在心理障碍、神经系统疾病和精神问题;与年龄及月收入有一定相关。结论部分生活美容手术患者存在生理、心理和社会问题,应评估其心理状态及其相关因素,针对性的情感支持及个性化的护理应作为该组人群综合治疗的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the psychological traits and the related factors of patients with life cosmetic operation.Methods 109 patients with life cosmetic operation were given a questionnaire survey using Cosmetic Mentation Self-rating Scale(CMSS),and the results were analyzed.Results Among 109 patients with life cosmetic operation,24.8% had a common body psychological problem,and 22.2% had a body obstruction.In addition,28.4% had a psychological obstruction,a neuroticism system disease and a mental disease,respectively.These were related to age and income.Conclusions Physical,mental and social problems occurred in patients with life cosmetic operation,and the mental and related factors should be evaluated.Individual emotional support and nursing intervention should be regarded as the important parts of integrated therapy for patients with life cosmetic operation. |
