穴位埋线结合脐灸治疗单纯性腹性肥胖

目的观察穴位埋线结合脐灸治疗单纯性腹性肥胖的临床疗效。方法选取60例单纯性腹性肥胖患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组在穴位埋线的基础上配合中药敷脐灸,对照组采用普通针刺方法,2组均治疗60 d后,比较2组患者的临床疗效;观察2组患者治疗前后体质量、体质量指数(BMI)及腰围的改善情况。结果与治疗前相比,患者经治疗后腰围、体质量、BMI均下降,且治疗组对降低腰围、体质量、BMI等指标的作用明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组疗效,明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线结合脐灸通过对机体产生多种刺激效应,有效调节内脏功能,加速体内脂肪分解速度,从而降低腰围、体质量、BMI等指标,提高总有效率。该疗法疗效稳定,无不良反应,且患者依从性较好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of acupoint embedding combined with umbilical moxibustion for simple abdominal obesity

Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of acupoint embedding combined with umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of simple abdominal obesity.Methods Sixty patients with simple abdominal obesity will be randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases each.The treatment group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine umbilical moxibustion on the basis of acupoint embedding.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.After the two groups were treated for 60 days,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The body weight,body mass index(BMI)and waist improvement in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,patients’waist circumference,body weight,and BMI decreased after treatment,and the eff ect of the treatment group in reducing waist circumference,body weight,and BMI was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the treatment group'total eff ective rate(90.0%)was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(80.3%),and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint embedding combined with umbilical moxibustion has various stimulating effects on the body,effectively regulates visceral function,accelerates the rate of lipolysis in the body,thereby reducing indicators such as waist circumference,weight,and BMI,and improving overall effectiveness.As the efficacy of this method is stable,having no adverse reactions,yet good patient compliance,it is worth clinical promotion and application.
