| 摘 要： | 综合2019年12月-2020年1月31日武汉市的气象资料,此时期武汉市气温范围为-1~18℃,正值暖冬,雪天天数较少,但阴雨天气较多,相对湿度大,气候阴冷潮湿,环境呈现出寒湿的特点,利于病毒的滋生和传播。根据武汉异常气候特点、患者临床表现及病情传播情况,COVID-19归属于“疫病”范畴,属于“寒湿疫”。鉴于“寒湿疫”的发生、发展及转归与气候的紧密联系,有必要探讨两者之间的相关性,为临床医师明确疾病性质及辨证论治提供参考借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the meteorological data of Wuhan from December 2019 to January 31,2020,the temperature in Wuhan during this period ranges from-1 to 18℃,characterized as a warm winter with fewer snow days,but more rainy weather and high relative humidity.The climate is cold and humid,and the environment presents the characteristics of cold and damp,which is conducive to the propagation and spread of viruses and causes epidemic diseases.According to the characteristics of Wuhan’s abnormal climate,the clinical manifestations of patients,and the spread of the disease,COVID-19 is classifi ed as an“epidemic disease”and belongs to the“cold-dampness epidemic”.In view of the close relationship between the occurrence,development and outcome of the epidemic and climate,it is obliged to explore the correlation between the two,so as to provide reference for clinicians to clarify the nature of the disease and administer treatment based on syndrome diff erentiation. |
