伊犁地区锡伯族、乌孜别克族成人身体九项围度值比较

目的：调查伊犁地区锡伯族与乌孜别克族成人身体9 项围度值并探讨其特征。方法：对1 100 名锡伯族和乌孜别克族成人的头围、胸围、腰围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围、上臂围、臂缩围和前臂围进行测量，分析年龄变化及性别差异，进行族群间比较。结果：围度值由高到低依次为臀围> 胸围> 腰围> 头围> 大腿围> 小腿围> 臂缩围> 上臂围> 前臂围。多数围度值随年龄的增长表现出先增大后下降的趋势。男性头围、大腿围、小腿围和臂缩围大于女性。锡伯族胸围小于乌孜别克族；而腰围、臀围大于乌孜别克族。两民族多数围度值大于新疆其他族群。结论：伊犁地区锡伯族、乌孜别克族成人身体围度值的年龄变化、性别差异以及大小排序基本一致。体部围度值过大应给予健康干预。

Comparison of 9 body girth values between Xibe and Uzbek adults in Yili area

Objective To investigate nine body girth values of Xibe and Uzbek adults in Yili area and explore theircharacteristics. Methods The head girth， chest girth， waist girth， hip girth， thigh girth， leg girth， upper arm girth，arm girth， and forearm girth of 1100 Xibe and Uzbek adults were measured to analyze their age changes and genderdifferences， and to make comparisons among different ethnic groups. Results From high to low， girth was hip girth，chest girth， waist girth， head girth， thigh girth， calf girth， arm contraction， upper arm girth， forearm girth. Most ofthe girth values showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of age. Male head girth， thighgirth， calf girth， and arm shrinkage were greater than female. Xibe adult chest girth and waist girth， but hip girthwas larger than Uzbek. The girth of the majority of the two ethnic groups was greater than that of other ethnic groupsin Xinjiang. Conclusion The age， gender， and size order of body girth of Xibe and Uzbek adults in Yili area arebasically the same. Excessive body girth values should be healt h interventions.
