| 摘 要： | 詹红生教授认为“气虚痰瘀、络脉痹阻”是腰椎间盘突出的主要病机,治疗上应以补气为基本原则,并兼顾化痰散瘀。临床上,经皮椎间盘医用臭氧注射技术正是基于“补气理论”,通过局部“补气”以发挥气的推动和温煦作用,从而达到改善血运、促进炎性水肿和突出物吸收的目的。

| Abstract: | Professor Zhan Hongsheng believes that qi deficiency and phlegm stasis,blockade of collaterals and vessels are the main pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and its treatment should be based on the basic principle of replenishing qi,yet taking into account dissipating phlegm and resolving blood stasis simultaneously.Clinically,the percutaneous medical ozone injection technology for intervertebral discs is precisely based on the invigorating qi theory,enabling locally invigorating qi to promote qi movement and warm collaterals and vessels,so as to achieve the purpose of improving blood supply,promoting the absorption of infl ammatory edema and protrusions. |
