胰岛素抵抗是高血压、冠心病、2型糖尿病等众多代谢紊乱性疾病的病理基础和危险因素。近年来,运用中医理论解释以及应用中医药治疗胰岛素抵抗相关疾病已成为研究热点。"脾主运化"理论是脾藏象学说的核心,通过探索胰岛素抵抗的发病机制与"脾主运化"理论相似性,从脾主运化理论、胰岛素抵抗病因病机、胰岛素抵抗与脾主运化关系、运用脾主运化理论治疗胰岛素抵抗等方面对胰岛素抵抗进行全新认识,为临床治疗胰岛素抵抗提供新思路。

Study on the relationship between spleen governing transportation and transformation and insulin resistance

Insulin resistance is the pathological basis and risk factor for a series of metabolic disorders such as hypertension,coronary heart disease,and type 2 diabetes.In recent years,the application of TCM theory to explain and treat insulin resistance related diseases have become a research hotspot.The theory of"spleen governing transportation and transformation"is the core of doctrine of viscera state of spleen.This article explores the similarity between the pathogenesis of insulin resistance and the theory of"spleen governing transportation and transformation",providing a new understanding of insulin resistance in terms of"spleen governing transportation and transformation"theory,the etiology and pathogenesis of insulin resistance,the relationship between insulin resistance and"spleen governing transportation and transformation",and the application of the theory to treat insulin resistance,etc.And ultimately,the paper means to provide an innovative method to the clinical treatment of insulin resistance.
