| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病寒凝血瘀证动物模型的建立及评价方法.方法 选择雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组和寒凝血瘀证组,各20只.将寒凝血瘀证组的大鼠放入-15℃环境持续受冻1 h,后再恢复到20℃室温,并给予垂体后叶素20 U/(kg·d)进行腹腔注射,建立冠心病寒凝血瘀证的动物模型,观察2组大鼠肛温、心电图及血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列环素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)等指标.结果 与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠肛温降低(P<0.05);心电图J点位移明显增加(P<0.01),心率显著降低(P<0.01);6-Keto-PGF1α水平有所下降(P<0.05),TXB2则显著升高(P<0.01).结论 寒冷刺激加上垂体后叶素的注射可成功复制出冠心病寒凝血瘀证大鼠动物模型,客观性强,符合中医证候特点.
