硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压76例疗效观察

目的:观察硝苯地平缓释片对高血压病的治疗效果。方法:回顾分析2006年6月至2009年12月应用硝苯地平缓释片治疗76例高血压患者的血压水平、心电图及肾功能的变化。结果:76例患者通过口服硝苯地平缓释片,根据卫生部颁布《药物临床研究指导原则》测定,硝苯地平缓释片对高血压病控制有效率92%,心电图显示下移的ST段有所恢复,倒置的T波变浅12例,有效率75%,合并心功能不全6例患者服药4周后,心功能明显改善者4例,改善者1例,1例无明显改善,有效率83.3%。结论:应用硝苯地平缓释片能够有效控制高血压患者血压水平,并有利于心肾功能的改善。

Observation of therapeutic effect on Nifedipine sustained-release tablets on 76 patients with hypertension

Objective:To evaluate the effection of sustained-release (SR) Nifedipine on patients with hypertension.Methods:Retrospective analysis the change of the blood pressure,ECG and renal function of 76 patients with hypertension treated by Nifedipine SR from 6th,2006 to 12th,2009.Results:Determined by the clinical drug study rudder of Chinese Ministry of Health,92% of 76 patients’ blood pressure could be controlled efficiently,and 75% of 16 patients with depressed ST and inverted T of ECG recovered and became shallower,and 4 of 6 patients with Heart failure improved significantly after 4 weeks treatment,one of them improved and one was invalid,the total efficiency was 83.3%.Conclusion:The hypertensive patients’ blood pressure could be controlled efficiently by Nifedipine SR and the cardiac and renal functions of them could be improved either.
