324例不同年龄段胃癌患者临床病理资料分析

目的：了解该院近5年胃癌手术患者临床病理资料特点，探讨不同年龄段胃癌患者的临床病理特点差异。方法将2009年1月-2013年12月期间于该院进行手术治疗的324例胃癌患者作为研究对象，对一般资料、肿瘤病理分型、发病部位、临床分期等进行回顾性分析。结果324例胃癌患者中，男性232例（71．6％），女性92例（28．4％），高发年龄组为50～70岁；组织类型以腺癌居多，占64．2％，分化程度以低分化为主，占53．1％；发生部位以胃窦和贲门胃底居多，分别占40．8％和35．8％；TNM临床分期中以Ⅲ期为主，占59．2％。结论（1）年轻胃癌患者中女性所占比例较高，病理以低分化腺癌较多见，晚期肿瘤较其他年龄组多见；（2）中老年患者中男性所占比例较高，发生部位以胃窦及贲门胃底部多见，TNM分期相对较早。

Clinicopathologic characteristics in 324 cases of gastric cancer patients among different age groups

Objective To investigate the differences in clinicopathologic and epidemiological characteristics of gastric cancer patients a -mong different age groups .Methods A total of 324 patients with gastric cancer were selected and clinicopathologic characteristics were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among 324 patients, 232 cases were male and 92 cases were female, with highest incidence at 50-70 age group .Regarding the tissue type , adenocarcinoma accounted for 64 .2%; the proportion of poorly differentiated cases was 53.1%.The cancer of gastric antrum and cardia accounted for 40.8%and 35.8%respectively, with the majority （59.2%） at stageⅢ.Conclusions Among young patients with gastric cancer , the proportions of female cases and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma are higher , with later clinical stage;while in middle-elderly patients , the proportions of male cases and adenocarcinoma in antrum and cardia are higher , with relatively earlier clinical stage .
