乳腺疾病超声与钼靶 X线诊断回顾性分析

目的：探讨超声、钼靶X线在乳腺疾病中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析102例患者超声及钼靶影像资料，并且以临床病理结果作为对照标准。结果乳腺疾病超声诊断符合率87．3％，X线钼靶诊断符合率84．3％，两者联合应用诊断符合率92．2％。结论超声与钼靶对乳腺疾病诊断均有较大价值，乳腺超声可作为乳腺疾病普查首选方法，两者联合应用可提高乳腺疾病诊断符合率。

A retrospective analysis of breast disease diagnosed by ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography

Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound and molybdenum target radiography in diagnosing breast disease .Methods A retrospective analysis was made of the ultrasound and molybdenum target radiographic data of 102 patients,with the clinical pathological results as the reference standard .Results Diagnostic accordance rates of ultrasound and X-ray diagnosis of breast diseases were 87.3%and 84.3%,respectively,while the diagnostic accordance rate of the combined use was 92.2%.Conclusions Ultrasonography and molybdenum target radiography have significant value of breast disease diagnosis .Breast ultrasound can be used as a preferred way for screening ,and the combined use of ultrasonography and molybdenum target radiography can improve the diagnostic accordance rate of breast disease .
