家居护理对糖尿病足截肢患者生活质量的影响

目的探讨家居护理对糖尿病足截肢患者生活质量的影响。方法采用生活质量测定量表和疼痛程度评估对36例糖尿病足截肢患者干预前后的生活质量进行调查,并分析相关数据。结果干预后观察组残肢疼痛程度明显减轻,与对照组比较有显著性差异（p〈0．01）;在生活质量评分中生理功能、心理状态、独立性、社会关系、总平均分等领域观察组均有不同程度的提高,与对照组比较有差异（p〈0．05）。结论通过采取有针对性的家居干预措施。可提高糖尿病足截肢患者的生活质量。

INFLUENCE OF HOMECARE ON THE LIFE QUALITY OF AMPUTEES SUFFERING FROM DIABETIES FOOT

Objective To explore the influence of homecare on the life quality of amputees suffering from diabetes foot. Methods 36 amputees suffering from diabetes foot were investigated before and after the intervention, using quantitative table of quality of life and pain assessment, and then the figures were assessed. Results After the intervention, observation group＇s stump pain eased obviously, compared with control group there＇s a obvious change （p 〈 0. 01 ）. And boost in the marks of quality of life, such as physiological functions, mentation, independence, social relationship and overall average, was seen in observation group, and that is significantly higher than that of control group （p 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Pertinent intervention in homecare can improve the life quality of amputees suffering from diabetes foot.
