| 广东省佛山市2010—2016年初治涂阳肺结核流行特征分析 |

| 摘 要： | 通过《中国疾病预防控制信息系统子系统-结核病信息管理系统(新)》收集广东省佛山市登记的初治涂阳肺结核患者资料,显示佛山市2010—2016年登记初治涂阳肺结核共发病9602例,登记年平均发病率为19.29/10万(9602/4978.59万)。登记患者中,男6802例,女2800例,男∶女=2.43∶1;患者年龄主要集中在15~54岁,占75.05%(7206/9602);职业以工人为主(27.60%,2650/9602),其次是家政、家务及待业(27.14%,2606/9602),再次是农民(16.15%,1551/9602);流动人口和户籍人口分别为5387例和4215例(1.28∶1)。笔者认为,男性青壮年人群、流动人口是佛山市今后结核病防控工作的重点。
