美罗培南对细菌性脑膜炎的疗效和安全性系统评价

目的 评价美罗培南用于治疗细菌性脑膜炎时的疗效和安全性。方法 以“脑膜炎”、“美罗培南”“美洛培南”为关键词，在Pubmed、Cochrane library、Embase、CNKI、VIP、Wanfang数据库中检索相关文献，于纳入文献中提取所需数据后采用RevMan5.3软件对结果进行分析。结果 ①美罗培南治疗细菌性脑膜炎有效率与头孢类药物有统计学差异(RR=1.24, 95%CI[1.11,1.39], P=0.0001)；②美罗培南治疗细菌性脑膜炎时不良反应发生率与头孢类药物无统计学差异(RR=1.33, 95%CI[0.98,1.82], P=0.07)。结论 相比于头孢类药物，美罗培南由于更优的疗效及相当的安全性可以被应用于细菌性脑膜炎的治疗。

A systematic review for the efficacy and safety of meropenem for the treatment of bacterial meningitis

Objective To review the efficacy and safety of meropenem for the treatment of bacterial meningitis. Methods The related literatures were searched and retrieved from several primary databases, including Pubmed, Cochrane library, Embase, CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang. Results ①The efficiency between meropenem and cephalosporin for the treatment of bacterial meningitis had statistical significance (RR=1.24, 95%CI[1.11,1.39], P=0.0001); ②The safety between meropenem and cephalosporin for the treatment of bacterial meningitis had no statistical significance (RR=1.35, 95% CI[0.99,1.86], P=0.06) .
