| 摘 要： | 他汀类药物是目前治疗高胆固醇血症的首选药物,近年来发现他汀类药物除降低胆固醇外,还具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗血栓形成和内皮细胞修复等作用,该类药物对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的防治作用已经过动物实验和临床研究的证实.

| Abstract: | Statins are HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors that have been used for many years in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia.Statins,however,have additional pleiotropic pharmacologic properties,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antithrombogenic,and vascular function-restoring actions.The effects of statins on prevention and treatment for chronic obstructive plumonary diseases have been supported by the animal experiment and clinic research. |
