阿托伐他汀对不稳定心绞痛患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9和高敏C-反应蛋白的影响

摘    要:目的了解阿托伐他汀对不稳定心绞痛患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的疗效。方法50例确诊为不稳定心绞痛的患者给予阿托伐他汀20mg治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗4周、12周时测患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP浓度。结果阿托伐他汀治疗4周后患者血清MMP-9和hs—CRP浓度较治疗前明显下降(P〈0.05),12周时MMP-9和hs—CRP较4周时明显下降(P〈0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀能有效降低不稳定心绞痛患者血清MMP-9和hs-CRP的浓度,而且随着治疗时间的延长,MMP-9和hs-CRP进一步降低。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of Atorvastatin on MMP-9 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)of the patients with unstable angina. Methods 50 patients with unstable angina were treated with Atorvastatin. Serum levels of MMP-9 and hs-CRP were monitored at the beginning and after 4,12 weeks of treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment the decrease of serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP were significantly (P 〈 0. 05 ). At the end of 12 weeks the decrease of serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP were significantly compared with that of 4 weeks(P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Atorvastatin treatment lowered the serum MMP-9 and hs-CRP effectively.
