依达拉奉在神经科疾病中的应用

摘    要:依达拉奉是一种新型的自由基清除剂,其具有强大的清除自由基功能,能抑制脂质过氧化、减少氧化应激等。除了已广泛应用于缺血脑卒中的治疗外,近来还发现对出血性脑卒中、脑和脊髓损伤、神经退行性病变、癫痫、周围神经病以及神经痛等疾病也具有潜在的治疗作用。该文着重对依达拉奉在神经科各类疾病中的基础研究和临床应用进展进行归纳、整理和分析,为依达拉奉在神经科的临床应用提供科学依据。

Edaravone Application in Central Nervous System Diseases

Abstract:Edaravone is a new free radical scavenger. The mechanisms of edaravone include scavening free radical, inhibiting lipid pemxidation, reducing the oxidative stress damage. Besides the wide application in the treatment of brain ischemia, edaravone may play a potential role in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, cranioeerebral trauma, spinal cord injury, ncumdegcneration disease, epilepsy, peripheral neuropathy and neuropathie pain, and so on. Here is to make a review focusing on the progress of the basic research and clinical application of edaravone in various neurological diseases, to provide scientific basis for edaravone's clinical application in neurology.
