桡骨干骺开始融合早期的X线表现

摘    要:
目的:探讨桡骨干骺开始融合早期的X线表现。方法:在1009例骨龄司法鉴定案例中,选择桡骨发育状态介于CHN法等级8前后者457例,每1例各有两张手腕部正位片及斜位片,16例另有两张左腕关节正侧位片,共计1860次曝光片。于不同位置片观察桡骨低密度骺板及两侧高密度线的X线影像表现。结果:桡骨干骺开始融合的早期X线表现为骺板密度开始增高、见尚无明确骨小梁结构的柱状骨桥形成、骨桥骺侧和干骺侧高密度线模糊、不连续。位置和角度的轻微变化可影响骨桥的显示。结论:无骨小梁结构的骨桥出现是干骺开始融合早期最重要的X线表现。对骺板及其两侧高密度线的描述和配套高质量X线片是骨发育等级划分和确定必不可少的依据。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate display of X-ray in early beginning radius-metaphysis fusion. Methods:From 1,009 eases of bone age in the judicial expertise cases, 457 cases were chosen based on radius development status of CHN law class 8. There were two oblique and two normotopie films of wrist each case in which 16 eases had anotber two anterioposterior and lateral films of each left wrist, and the total is 1860 films. To observe display of X-ray image of radius low density epiphysis and two lateral high density bone lines by different location view films. Results:The X-ray image of beginning early radius-metapliysis fusion displayed epiphyseal plate density beginning increasing, no definite columnax bone bridge like trabecular structure formation, bone bridge epiphysis and metapbysis lateral high density bone lines ambiguous and broken. Little change in location and angle of view may impact display of bone bridge. The X-ray images of metaphysis beginning fusion enclosed now shown the late bone development of radius beginning fusion phase. Conclusion: Appearance of bone bridge without trabecular structure was the most important X-ray image display of early beginning metaphysis fusion. It was the indispensable evidence to divide and define classification of bone development that descriping of epiphyseal plate and two lateral high density bone lines and matching with high quality X-ray films.
