摘    要:
作者研究了精制大肠杆菌内毒素对体外培养的小牛肺血管内皮细胞的影响及654-2的保护作用。结果表明,内毒素可直接损伤内皮细胞,亦可通过激活的中性粒细胞加重其损伤,654-2则可起保护作用。

Abstract:
The effect of E.coli endotoxin and the protective action of anisodamine (654-2) on the bovine pulmonary endothelial cell (BPEC) in vitro were investigated. The percentage of pyknotic cells, the releasing of lactate dehydrogenase ( LDH) , the amount of malondialdehyde ( MDA) and the percentage of neutrophils adhering on the BPEC were measured.The results showed that: endotoxin can injure the BPEC directly and through the activated neutrophils; anisodamine has a protective effect on this kind of damage.
