| 摘 要： | 目的:对高效液相色谱法测定复方丹参片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A 含量的测量不确定度进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检侧报告提供科学依据。方法:用 HPLC 法测定丹参酮Ⅱ_A 的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059一1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果:本次实验的不确定度评估为0.017 mg 每片。结论:发现本次实验的不确定度主要由样品不均匀性所引入。

| Abstract: | Objective:Find out the effective factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of salviol by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement.Method:Determination the salviol in Fufangdanshen tablets by HPLC and appraise the uncertainty according to JIF1059-1999.Result: The uncertainty of this test is 0.017mgpertablets.Conclusion:It is found out that the uncertainty of this experiment is mainly caused by non homogeneity of sample. |
