心血管疾病早期调控的研究进展

摘    要:
健康与疾病的发育起源假说认为,宫内环境或出生后环境的变化可导致子代机体在形态、生理和代谢等方面发生改变,最终影响成年后的健康状况。为研究其机制,人们建立了多种心血管编程的动物模型,并通过增加有益因素和控制有害因素(称为“重编程”)来预防和治疗心血管疾病。本文将综述心血管编程的不同动物模型及其可能的机制。

Abstract:
The developmental origins of health and disease hypothesis consider that the changes Of intrauterine or postnatal environment cause morphologic, physiologic or metabolic abnormity in their offspring that influences health later in life. Vari- ous of animal models of cardiovascular programming have been developed for the investigation of the mechanism above. Through adding beneficial factors and reducing deleterious factors, we find a new novel approach so-called reprogramming to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease. In this review we will summary different animal models on the cardiovascular pro- gramming and elucidate possible mechanisms involved.
