摘    要:
目的:采用PDCA循环持续改进的管理手段,结合临床实际需求,实现智能化护理电子病历的功能研发和整体框架设计.方法:基于电子病历系统功能分级标准和临床护理工作的具体需求,运用PDCA循环管理模式,始终贯彻于智能化护理电子病历系统功能的研发和临床护理人员应用、反馈过程中.结果:构建完善的智能化护理电子病历系统框架和功能,达到电子病历系统功能分级标准中病房护士角色模块六级标准的要求.结论:通过PDCA循环管理,使护理电子病历系统研发体现专业化、规范化和智能化特色,完全适用于临床护理工作需要.

The Application of PDCA Cycle in the Development and Implementation of Intelligent Nursing Electronic Medical Record System

Abstract:
Objective: To realize the function development and overall framework design of the intelligent nursing electronic medical records using the management me,ms of continuous improvement of PDCA circulation, combined with the actual clinical demand. Methods: Based on the specific needs of electronic medical record system function grading standard and clinical nursing work, PDCA cycle management model is always implemented during the development of intelligent electronic medical record system function and application, and feedback of clinical nursing staffs. Results: The framework and functions of perfect intelligent nursing electronic medical record system are built. The requirements of level-6 standards of ward nurse role module in the electronic medical record system function grading standard are met. Conclusion: Through the PDCA cycle management, the research and development of nursing electronic medical record system becomes specialized, standardized and intelligent, and fully applicable to the needs of clinical nursing work.
