The Application of PDCA Cycle in the Development and Implementation of Intelligent Nursing Electronic Medical Record System

Objective： To realize the function development and overall framework design of the intelligent nursing electronic medical records using the management me,ms of continuous improvement of PDCA circulation, combined with the actual clinical demand. Methods： Based on the specific needs of electronic medical record system function grading standard and clinical nursing work, PDCA cycle management model is always implemented during the development of intelligent electronic medical record system function and application, and feedback of clinical nursing staffs. Results： The framework and functions of perfect intelligent nursing electronic medical record system are built. The requirements of level-6 standards of ward nurse role module in the electronic medical record system function grading standard are met. Conclusion： Through the PDCA cycle management, the research and development of nursing electronic medical record system becomes specialized, standardized and intelligent, and fully applicable to the needs of clinical nursing work.
