摘    要:
目的:开发“医护培训管理系统”,实现信息化决策。方法:在硬件齐全的基础上,以Java驱动Servlets传递信息,由JDBC搭桥贯穿可供检索的Oracle数据库,在localhost:8080的Web界面上尝试单机运行。结果:按照“明细、计划、设计、实现、测试、维护”等步骤,在保持功能实现的前提下初步建立合理化的管理引擎,提供海外进修岗位的中英双语检索,配备“注册、登陆、申报、岗前培训、在岗评语、岗后检测”功能,申报资料被列入数据库供人事科统一掌控,包括数据的“创建”、“查阅”、“插入”、“选择”、“更新”和“删除”。系统根据职工的资历和预设的评分标准打分,自动混算出候选人的量化素质和综合排名达成公开竞岗。此外引入了“登录许可”、“权限分配”、“资料保护”、“安全保险”等安全设置,确保了培训的顺利实施。结论:这一电子教务策略以及安全设置对系统的维护,延伸了单位和个人的求知触角,简化、完善了申报流程,充分体现了选拔的公平与公正,大大提高了管理效率。

Exploration of Strategy for Digital Education Based on Informatics Administration of Medical Training Application

Abstract:
Objective: To develop a Medical training system for administration so as to realize informatics decision. Methods: After hardware ready, messages are passed on Servlets driven by Java, Oracle database is searchable by connection of JDBC bridge, it was attempted to execute on web interface of localhost:8080 individually. Result: According to the produce of Requirement, planning, design, implementation, testing & maintenance, a reasonable management engine was set up initially based on valuable practice, available to bilingual search in Chinese-English for oversea training opportunities, it is compatible of functions Register, Login, Apply, Pre-train acknowledge, On-train evaluation, Post-train assessment, applicants' information are listed onto database for Human Resource Department to totally control including modules of Create, View, Insert, Select, Update and Delete. This system is able to grade scores by standard criteria and employees' resume input, and auto-calculate quantitative qualification of each candidate and generally prior sequence in order to publish competitive positions. Besides, we brought in secure setting of Logon permission, Authority distribution, Source protection, Secure policy to ensure Training program running successfully. Conclusion : This strategy for digital education and maintenance of secure setting will extend the technologic touch of a company or an individual, simplify and consummate the application process, present its fairness and equity of selection, and thus improve administrative efficiency greatly.
