乳腺癌超声诊断的误诊分析

目的回顾性分析乳腺癌的声像图特征及误诊的原因,旨在进一步提高乳腺癌的诊断水平.方法对我院收治的200例乳腺癌患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,分析其中18例误诊的声像图改变,为提高临床诊断率总结出宝贵经验.结果部分早期乳腺癌其声像图与良性肿瘤很相似,表现为境界清楚,边缘规整.内部回声较均匀,后方回声不衰减,这给正确诊断带来了困难,极易误诊.结论乳腺癌的病理类型较复杂,其影像也是多种表现,要掌握好乳腺癌声像图的特征,做好与良性肿块的鉴别是提高正确诊断率的关键.

Diagnostic ultrasound of breast cancer and the analysis of reasons for misdiagnosis

Objective To analyze the feature of ultrasonic image of breast cancer and the reasons for misdiagnosis. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound techniques was used to examine 200 patients with breast cancers in our hospital and we analyzed the alteration of sound images in 18 misdiagnosis cases so that some experience could be drown to increase the rate of clinical final diagnosis. Results The characters of ultrasonic images in most of breast cancers were :ow echoes, asymmetry echoes andcystic and solid echoes. The portion of the images of earlier breast cancer, whose images were similar to the benign tumors had regular borders, internal uniformity echoes and no attenuation of the echo beam. Conclusion Breast cancer has various pathologic types, and its image is also complex. So it is necessary to distinguish breast cancers with benign lumps.
