荔枝核提取液抗小鼠体内FM1流感病毒的作用

摘    要:目的:研究荔枝核提取液对甲1型流感病毒鼠肺适应株的影响。方法:用病毒滴鼻感染小鼠建立病毒感染小鼠模型,观察肺指数、病毒致小鼠死亡率。停药后处死小鼠,取各组小鼠肺组织光镜和电镜观察。结果:荔枝核高、低剂量组对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎均有抑制作用,对流感病毒感染小鼠有明显的死亡保护作用。在光镜与电镜观察下,正常对照组小鼠肺组织形态学未发生改变,病毒模型组肺组织明显出现充血、变性、白细胞浸润等现象,治疗组肺组织充血等现象明显轻于模型组。结论:荔枝核提取液在小鼠体内具有抗FM1流感病毒的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of extractive of Litchi seed on influenza virus FM1.Methods: The model was built by infecting with influenza virus from nose.The lung index and death rate of mice infected by influenza virus were observed.All groups of mice were killed after drug withdrawal.The lung of the mice were observed under light –microscopy and electronic microscopy.Result: The death rate of NIH mice was reduced by the high and low dose extraction solution of Litchi seed,while the pathological change of lung was improved.Under light –microscopy and electronic microscopy,Morphology of lung tissue in mice did not change that in the control group.There was congestion in lung tissue,degeneration,leukocyte infilteation and so on that in the virus model group.Treatment of congestive phenomena in lung tissue was significantly lighter than the model group.Conclusion:Extraction solution of Litchi seed has antiviral effects on influenza virus FM1.
