| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨单腔中心静脉导管用于恶性胸腔积液引流及腔内灌注药物的护理。方法：对125例胸腔积液的患者行胸腔内留置单腔静脉导管;间断引流胸腔积液及腔内灌注药物;做好心理护理;严密观察病情变化;协助患者变换体位;保留导管通畅并给予相应的护理措施;预防药物毒副反应。结果：本组125例CR47例（37.6%）,PR58例（46.4）,PD11例（8.8%）,NC9例（7.2%）,DCR（CR＋PR）为/84%。通过加强置管术前、术中、术后的护理工作,提高灌注治疗的安全性、有效性。结论：熟练掌握护理要点、及时防治并发症是治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the single - lumen central venous catheter for drainage of malignant pleural effusion and intravesical instillation of drug treatment. Methods： 125 cases of pleural effusion of patients with indwelling single lumen chest catheter; intermittent drainage of pleural effusion and intravesical instillation of drugs ; good psychological care; close observation of patient＇s condition; to help patients change position; retained catheter patency and to give appropriate nursing care; prevention of drug toxicity. Resuits： In this group 125 patients, CR47 cases （37. 6% ）, PR58 cases （46. 4% ）, PDll cases （8. 8% ）, NC9 cases （7.2%）, DCR （CR ＋ PR） / 84%. by strengthening the catheter before, during and after the operation care, infusion therapy to improve the safety, effectiveness. Conclusion： Nursing master points, prevention and treatment of complications is the key to successful treatment. |
