龙须藤中黄酮类化合物提取条件的研究

摘    要:目的探讨龙须藤中以芦丁为指标的总黄酮最佳提取条件。方法正交试验法对龙须藤中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行优选,以提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取次数、料液比为因素,以总黄酮得率为指标进行试验。结果最佳提取工艺条件:60%(体积分数)乙醇溶液,提取时间3 h,提取次数3次,乙醇用量10倍,提取率为7.426%。结论本实验结果可靠,方法简便,适合于该药材的批量提取。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of flavonoids from Bauhinia championii Benth.Methods An orthogonal test was used to test the factors of extraction times,extraction times,alcohol concentration and solvent amount.The content of flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:10 times the amount of 60% ethanol,3 times of extraction and 3 h each.The yield of extracted flavonoids reached 7.426%.Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, which can be used to extract flavonoids from Bauhinia championii Benth in large scale.
