精神科护士心理压力原因调查分析及对策

目的了解形成精神科护士心理压力的主要原因，并分析缓解心理压力的对策。方法采用自行设计的问卷对我院60名护士的心理压力原因进行调查。结果特殊的职业、工作环境、夜班、男病房、担心被患者攻击、担心意外事故等均可导致精神科护士的心理压力，而社会的偏见、担心受歧视、业余生活贫乏、家属不理解等不同程度地加重了她们的心理压力。结论对精神科护士应给予适当的心理疏导，以缓解其心理压力。

Investigations and analyses of causes of mental stress in psychiatric nurses and countermeasures
