口腔盘状红斑狼疮的血清学归因分析

目的寻找口腔盘状红斑狼疮活动主要危险因素。方法对1997年6月至2012年8月我院收治的口腔盘状红斑狼疮患者98例进行回顾性分析，根据狼疮活动计算标准，将患者分为病情活动情况及病情非活动组。结合患者一般资料及临床症状，建立Logistic回归模型，对口腔盘状红斑狼疮活动主要危险因素进行逐步回归分析。结果①病情非活动组及病情活动组一般资料，临床症状，IgA及IgM差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而病情活动组IgG异常率高于病情非活动组，且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。②经Logistic回归模型分析，IgG可显著影响该病活动度。结论口腔盘状红斑狼疮活动主要危险因素为血清IgG异常。

The Serological Analysis of Oral Discoid Lupus Erythematouses

Objective To analyze the main risk factors of oral discoid lupus erythematosus activity. Methods Patients with oral discoid lupus erythematosus in our hospital from June 1997 to August 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into disease activity group and disease inactivity group by LACC. The main risk factors of oral discoid lupus erythematosus activity were analyzed with physical data, clinical symptoms and Logistic regression model. Results （1）The physical date, clinical symptoms, lgA and IgM had no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. And the IgG had significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. （2）Oral discoid lupus erythematosus activity was affected by IgG significantly through Logistic regression model. Conclusion The main risk factors of discoid lupus erythematosus activity is IgG abnormity.
