慢性肾炎辨证论治与血浆纤维结合蛋白的关系

为了探讨慢性肾炎(CGN) 辨证论治与血浆纤维结合蛋白(Fn) 的关系 ,采用琼脂免疫扩散法检测 51例 CGN患者和 65名健康人血浆 Fn含量。结果显示 :CGN患者血浆 Fn值显著低于健康人(P<0 .0 1) ,伴有湿热瘀滞明显低于无湿热瘀滞 (P<0 .0 1) ,且与血尿素氮(BUN) 呈负相关(P<0 .0 1) ,但肺肾气虚、气阴两虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚各证型间无明显差异(P>0 .0 5 ) 。治疗后复查 30例 ,血浆 Fn含量较前明显升高(P<0 .0 1) 。提示 CGN患者血浆 Fn含量与肾功能损伤程度及湿热瘀滞有关 ,而补气活血、益肾泄浊中药对恢复 CGN血浆 Fn水平似有一定效果。

The relationship between plasma fibrous bound protein and the differentiation of chronic nephritis according to different symptoms and signs

Plasma fibronetion(pFn) of 51 chronic glomerulonepheritis(CGN) and 65 healthy subjects as control were examined with agar immuno diffusion for exploring the relationship between them and syndrome types of TCM.The result showed that level of pFn in CGN patients was lower than that of control( P <0.01),in group of being accompanied with wetness-heat evil and Stagnation of Stasis was lower than that of no one( P <0.01),and had negative relations with content of Bun.But the difference of pFn were not significant( P >0.05) among the types of Qi-asthenia of Lung and Kidney,Deficiency of both Qi and Yin,Yang-asthenia of Spleen and Kidney and Yin-Deficiency of Liver and Kidney.After treament on 30 cases of CGN,it was found that pFn were significantly elevated( P <0.05).This research showed that pFn content of CGN patients correlate with impairment degree of renal function and wetness-heat evil and Stagnation of stasis.The treatment with traditional Chinese medicine seemed to be efficacious in restoring level of the patient's pFn.
