2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者红细胞免疫及T细胞亚群与中医辨证分型关系探讨

摘    要:
目的 探讨 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群与中医辨证分型的关系。方法 测定 6 8例 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者 (观察组 )红细胞免疫粘附功能及T细胞亚群 ,并与正常对照组 6 9例对照比较。结果 观察组红细胞C3b受体花环率明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,红细胞免疫复合物花环率明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD3、CD4 明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 提示 2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者红细胞免疫粘附功能受损 ,同时影响T细胞活化 ,影响T抑制细胞的激活过程

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between erythrocyte immune function as well as T lymphocyte subset in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral infarction and TCM differential diagnostic classification.Method The erythrocyte immune adhesive function and T lymphocyte subset in 68 patients (observation group) with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral infarction were detected and compared with those of 69 normal subjects (control group).Results The rate of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette,CD 3 and CD 4 in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.01), however,the rate of erythrocyte immune compound rosette in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The erythrocyte immune adhesive function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by cerebral infarction is damaged, which may affect T lymphocyte activation and inhibit the activation progress of T suppressor cells.
