玻璃纤维桩与金属铸造桩在残冠残根修复中应用的临床比较

目的：比较玻璃纤维桩与金属铸造桩在上颌前牙残冠残根修复中的临床疗效,探讨上颌前牙残冠残根的最佳修复方法。方法：选择上颌前牙残冠残根患者112例,合计198颗患牙。经完善的根管治疗后,按照患者自愿的原则,均分为A组和B组,A组采用玻璃纤维桩修复,B组采用金属铸造桩修复,比较两组患者1年后临床疗效及临床复诊情况。结果：A组临床疗效显著优于B组临床疗效,在上述方面比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论：采用桩核冠修复上颌前牙残冠残根时,应首选玻璃纤维桩修复的方式,可显著提高临床疗效。

Clinical effect comparison of glass fiber post and metal casting post in the residual crown and root repair

Objective To compare the clinical effect of glass fiber post and metal casting post in the residual crown and root repair and research the best methods to repair the residual crown and root.Methods Collect 112 patients with the maxillary anterior residual crown and root,according to the principle of voluntary,56 patients were divided into the A group with the glass fiber post,56 patients were divided into the B group with the metal casting post,then compare the clinical effect and the referral situation after one year.Results The A group＇s clinical effect were statistical better than the B group＇s,there was a statistical significant（P0.05,P0.01） in the above aspects.Conclusion When we use the post-core crown in repairing the maxillary anterior residual crown and root,we should choose the glass fiber post first,it could significantly improve the clinical effect.
