| 摘 要： | 目的分析2006-2010年上海市虹口区蝇类组成、季节消长、分布规律及蝇类种群多样性特征,为做好蝇类防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用捕蝇笼糖醋诱饵诱捕法。每年3-11月,对每旬获得的监测数据进行蝇种多样性和统计分析。结果捕获蝇类隶属3科7属10种,家蝇密度最高,为0.62只（/笼.d）。家蝇密度整体波动呈上升趋势,丝光绿蝇密度整体波动呈下降趋势。2006-2010年蝇密度分别为2.52、1.91、1.46、1.12和0.70只（/笼.d）,蝇密度高峰期分别在4月下旬、5月上旬、6月下旬和7月中旬;7月捕获蝇种最多为8种,5月蝇种多样性指数和均匀度指数最高;近5年来,不同生境蝇密度依次是农贸集市〉居民小区〉绿化带〉饭店外环境;居民小区蝇类物种最丰富,为10种,多样性指数和均匀度指数最高。结论近5年来虹口区蝇密度呈逐年下降趋势,蝇密度的高峰期为4月下旬至7月中旬,家蝇和丝光绿蝇为优势种。蝇类多样性指数和均匀度指数可在一定程度反映蝇类的种群特征。
