髁突骨折的临床治疗分析

目的探讨髁突骨折的临床治疗方法。方法三例患者采用保守治疗，早期行张口训练以恢复咀嚼功能；35例患者采用手术治疗，行髁突骨折切开复位内目定术，术后颌间牵引固定三天。均追踪观察6月～2年。结果所有患者恢复良好的咬合关系，不影响咀嚼功能，达到下颌骨对称性外形以及下颌骨在三维空间平面的良好运动，张口度基本正常。结论选择合适的治疗方法对于髁突骨折的治疗是非常重要的。

The clinical treatment analysis of condylar fracture

Objective To explore the chnical treatment method of condylar fracture .Methods 3 cases were adopted conservative treatment,early mobilization of the mandible and carry out a rehabilitation program for masticatory function;35 cases were adopted surgical treatment, condylar fracture introduced open reduction rigid internal frxation ,maxillomandibular traction and fixation apphed 3 days after operation . The follow-up period of observation ranged from 6 months to 2 years. Results All cases achieve a good occluding relation and masticatory function; achieve a proper mandibular symmetry; achieve good mandibular movement in the 3 planes of space;mouth-opening degree is accepted. Conclusion It is important to select approorriate method for condylar fraeture treatment.
