| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及远端骨折的疗效。方法：应用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折及远端骨折19例,其中股骨远端粉碎型骨折12例。术后随访临床评定效果。结果：随访8～25个月（平均13个月）,骨愈合良好,骨愈合时闻3～10个月（平均4．5个月）,术后功能恢复总体优良率达94．7％。结论：逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上及远端骨折,固定牢靠,术后并发症少,愈合率高,功能恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the use of intramedullary supracondylar nail(IMSC)in the treatment of femoral intracondylar fracture. Method: 19 cases of the femoral intracondylar fracture were treated with IMSC nail, 12 cases "T" or "Y" Shape comminuted fracture . All of the cases were systemic followed-up and had a clinic evaluation. Result: Ten cases were followed-up for 825 months(mean 13 months),none had early or late complications and results were good. The choiceness rate was 94.7% and all fractures united 310months(mean 4.5 months).Conclusion: The use of IMSC nail in this group presented advantages of simple performance the solid fixation and therefore become an effective therapy for femoral intracondylar fracture. |
