| 摘 要： | 淋病及非淋菌性尿道炎在经过敏感抗生素正确治疗后,均能达到病原体消除.但如治疗不正规或经正规治疗后相应病原体检测无异常而仍有一部分患者自感下腹不适、尿道刺痛以及精神神经症状,患者处于心理恐惧之中.根据其症状表现,结合其发病和治疗经过,按中医辨证论治的原则,给予具有利水、养阴、清热的猪苓汤加味进行治疗,取得了较好的临床疗效.

| Abstract: | the pathogen would be annihilation when gonorrhea and nongonococcal urethritis were correct treated with antibiotics,but some patients would feel unwell in inferior part and twinge in urinary canal or psychoneurosis after treatment.The polypori umbellati decoction has the function to treat these urethral syndromes on the basis of using diuretic of hydragogue to alleviate water retention educating yin and clearing heat. |
