奥美拉唑三联治疗消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘    要:目的:研究用奥美拉唑三联治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡的疗效从对药物的依从性。方法:经胃镜证实有Hp感染的96例上消化道溃疡患者,分为治疗组(40例,口服奥美拉唑20mg、克拉霉唑0.25g每日2次;阿莫西林0.5g每日3次)和对照组(56例,口服雷尼替丁三联治疗),疗程均为2周。结果:治疗组与对照组比较:溃疡愈合分别为92.5%和87.5%,P>0.05:Hp根除率分别为87.5%和89.3%,P>0.05。均无显著性差异。症状缓解和依从性,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:奥美拉唑三联治疗消化性溃疡的疗效高,症状缓解快,依从性好。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect and compliance of Omeprazole triple therapy on the treatment of helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) related active pepticulcer. Methods: Ninety-six patients with active petic ulcer confirmed by gastroendoscopy were divided into two groups. GroupOAC: 40 patients received Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily, Amoxicillin 0.5g three times a day, Clarithromycin 0.25g twice daily and Group RAM: 56 patients with Ranitidine triple therapy for 2 weeks. After 4 weeks treatment,gastroendoscopy was reexamined. Results: Ulcer healing rates were 92.5% and 87.5% in Group OAC and Group RAM,(P>0.05). Eradication rates of H. pylori were 87.5% and 89.3% in Group OAC and Group RAM, P>0.05. There was no obvious differences. Group OAC was better than Group RAM on symptom cortrol, and compliance. Conclusion: The effect of omeprazole triple therapy better than Group RAM, and the side effect was fewer.
