基于MedModel的门诊输液中心流程仿真与优化

摘    要:目的为了优化门诊输液中心的工作流程,提高服务质量。方法对某医院门诊输液中心的工作流程进行调查,运用Med Model专业软件建立该院门诊输液中心流程的仿真模型,分别模拟现行的工作流程和改进方案。结果行的工作流程模式下,病人的平均候诊时间较长。通过优化输液流程,患者的平均候诊时间和最大候诊时间可分别从9.97 min和17.34 min缩短为6.01 min和12.32 min。结论仿真结果显示优化后的输液流程在病人候诊时间和服务质量方面比较合理,是目前门诊输液中心较好的运行方案。

Abstract:Objective To improve the outpatient infusion center's work process as well as the service quality. Method Field study is conducted at a outpatient infusion center.A simulation model is setup and analyzed using Med-model to simulate and compare with the current work process and the improvement program.Result Under the current work process pattern,the outpatients' average waiting time is relatively long.Through the optimized infusion process,the average waiting time can be shorten from 9.97 min to 6.01min,and the maximum waiting time can be shorten from 17.34 min to 12.32 min.Conclusion Simulation results show that the optimized fluid process is reasonable for improving outpatients' waiting time and service quality.
