心理干预在外科手术患者护理中的作用

目的探讨心理干预在外科手术患者护理中的效果。方法选取2009年12月至2010年11月于我院外科进行手术治疗的150例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（常规护理组）75例和观察组（心理干预组）75例,后将2组患者干预前后的血压、心率、SAS评分、SDS评分及患者满意度、VAS评分、SCL-90评分进行统计及比较。结果经研究发现,观察组的血压、心率波动较对照组小,SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,VAS评分及SCL-90评分低于对照组,P〈0.05或P〈0.01,有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异。结论心理干预在外科手术患者护理中的作用较大,优势明显,值得推广应用。

The Effects of Psychological Intervention in the taking care of Surgical Patients

Objective To study the effects of Psychological intervention in the taking care of Surgical patients.Methods 150 Surgical patients in our department were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine group）75 cases and observation group（Psychological intervention group）,then the blood pressure,heart rate,SAS score,SDS score,patients＇satisfaction VAS score and SCL-90 score of two groups before and after the intervention were analyzed and compared.Results The range of blood pressure and heart rate of observation group were smaller than those of control group,SAS score and SDS score were lower than those of control group,patients＇satisfaction was higher than that of control group,VAS score and SCL-90 score were lower than those of control group,P0.05 or P0.01,there were significant or very significant differences.Conclusion The effects of Psychological intervention in the taking care of Surgical patients is bigger,and advantage is obvious,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
