| 摘 要： | 窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow-band ultraviolet B,radiation NB-UVB)具有抑制机体免疫系统、调节各种细胞因子和炎症介质的平衡等作用,已被临床广泛用于与免疫相关皮肤病的治疗,但其治疗免疫相关性皮肤病的剂量、疗程尚不完全统一。现就其用于临床治疗免疫相关性皮肤病做一综述,以期指导NB-UVB的临床应用。 |

| Abstract: | Narrow-band ultraviolet B （Narrow-band ultraviolet B, radiation NB-UVB） has different functions on inhibition of the immune system, regulation the balance of various cytokines and inflammatory mediator. These functions have been widely used in the clinical treatment of immune-related skin diseases, but the dose and course of the treatment of immune-related skin diseases are not entirely uniform. The application of NB-UVB on the treatment of immune-related skin diseases were reviewed in this paper, which provide the guidance of the clinical application of NB-UV. |
