| 摘 要： | 目的:观察咪喹莫特联合红光在预防尖锐湿疣复发上的作用。方法:实验组二氧化碳激光除疣一周左右,待创面愈合后直接将适量咪喹莫特涂于患处,立即红光照射10min,隔天1次,15次为1疗程,一般3个疗程。对照组单纯二氧化碳激光治疗。结果:咪喹莫特联合红光治疗对预防尖锐湿疣的复发具有良好效果。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To observe the effect of Imiquimod combined with red light therapy on the prevention of Condyloma Acuminate recurrence.Methods: The experimental group used the CO2 Laser to remove the condyloma.About one week later after the wound healed,Imiquimod was applied to the healing parts,followed by 10 minutes' red light irradiating.The treatment was performed every other day for 15 times as one treatment course.The whole treatment needs three courses.The control group was only treated with CO2 Laser th... |
