| 摘 要： | 目的:评价CO2激光联合白介素2治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将入选患者随机分为两组,试验组患者激光治疗后,即给予60万IU白介素2加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中静脉滴注,1天1次,1周用药5天,共3周。对照组患者激光治疗后,不再进行其他特殊处理。对所有治疗的患者连续随访6个月,观察创面愈合和皮损复发情况。结果:试验组有5例复发,复发率为11.11%,对照组有19例复发,复发率为42.22%,两组复发率差异比较有统计学意义(χ2=12.57,P<0.01)。结论::CO2激光联合白介素2治疗尖锐湿疣,明显降低了尖锐湿疣的复发率,缩短了患者的治疗时间,减轻了患者的痛苦,缓解了他们的心理压力。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of CO2 laser combined with interleukin-2(IL2) in the treatment of condyloma acuminate(CA).Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with laser combined with venous injection of 60mg IL2 dissolved in 0.9% sodium chloride,once daily for three weeks,five days a week.The control group was only treated with laser.All the patients were followed for six months to observe the therapeutic effects and recurrence rates.Re... |
