甲亢并发甲亢危象21例临床诊疗

目的为了减少甲亢并发甲亢危象,当甲亢危象发生时,给予适当的处理,以期达到良好预后。方法回顾性分析我院近10年诊治的甲亢患者1174例中并发甲亢危象21例,找出甲亢危象诱因,及时给予处理。结果甲亢并发甲亢危象的诱因主要为非手术性的,出现甲亢危象后处理及时妥当,可抢救成活。结论甲亢并发甲亢危象应针对其诱因进行预防,发生甲亢危象后给予及时处理,预后良好。
