| 摘 要： | 目的了解广州市荔湾区人群肝吸虫感染状况。方法采用改良加藤氏厚涂片镜检法对本辖区人群粪标本进行检测,并对检查结果进行分析。结果共检测1 018份粪标本,阳性率为5.60%(57/1 018),感染人群年龄主要集中在41~60岁。女性阳性率3.30%(16/486)远低于男性阳性率7.71%(41/532),差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.129,P0.05)。原芳村区域人群感染肝吸虫明显高于原荔湾区域人群(χ2=6.344,P0.05)。经Logistic多因素回归分析显示,肝吸虫感染主要与性别、年龄有关(P0.05)。结论荔湾区肝吸虫感染较高,食品卫生亟待加强,需政府及多部门联防联控。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the infection status of Clonorchis sinensis of people in Liwan district. Methods Random test for Clonorchis sinensis infection in Liwan 2010-2012 was performed by Kato-Katz. Results The positive rate in all 1018 individuals was 5.60%（57 / 1 018）, with averaged age of 41-60 years old. The positive rate among women（16 / 486, 3.30%）was significantly lower than that among men（41 / 532, 7.71%）（P 0.05）. The infection of people in original Fangcun district was more than people in original Liwan district（P〈0.05）. Through the unconditional logistic regression, the influence factors of Clonorchis sinensis of people were sex and age. Conclusion The infection of Clonorchis sinensis of people in Liwan district was so high that the government and related departments should collaborate to prevent and control Clonorchis sinensis in Liwan district. |
