广西平果地区2011-2013年食品微生物污染检测结果分析

摘    要:目的监测平果县各类食品受微生物污染情况,为预防食源性疾病提供依据。方法按照2011-2013年国家食源性疾病监测工作手册进行采样和检测。结果 3年合计检测样品326份,总合格率为66.67%。319份样品中检出致病菌16株,检出率为5.02%,其中金黄色葡萄球菌8株,副溶血弧菌5株,蜡样芽胞杆菌3株。结论平果县抽检的食品合格率低。相关部门应加大食品生产与销售环节的监管,确保食品安全。

Abstract:Objective To monitor the status of microbial contamination of each type of food in Pingguo county and provide scientific basis for prevention of foodborne disease. Method The collection and analysis of detected sample were conducted according to the national foodborne disease monitoring handbook from 2011 to 2013. Results We have tested 326 samples from 2011 to 2013,with a qualified rate of 66.67%.16 pathogenic bacteria strains were isolated from 319 food samples (5.02%), including 8 Staphylococcus aureus strains, 5 Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains and 3 Bacillus cereus strains. Conclusions The random checks of food in Pingguo were of poor quality.Relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and management in every process of food production and market, in order to secure the food safety.
