肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的价值

目的研究糖类抗原-125(CA125)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)以及可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)四种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法选取深圳市龙岗区人民医院2010年2月至2013年7月恶性卵巢肿瘤患者50例,良性卵巢肿瘤患者62例,同时选取门诊健康女性60例作为健康组,测定各组人群CA125、TSGF、CEA以及SIL-2R水平,评价四种血清肿瘤标志物的敏感度和特异度。结果四种血清肿瘤标志物在恶性卵巢肿瘤患者中明显高于良性组和健康人群组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);四种血清肿瘤标志物诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的敏感性依次为CA125TSGFCEASIL-2R,特异性高低依次为SIL-2RCEATSGFCA125。四种肿瘤标志物进行平行诊断试验中敏感性高达100%,在系列诊断试验中特异性高达98.39%。结论CA125、TSGF、CEA以及SIL-2R四种血清肿瘤标志物联合检测诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤具有较强的可靠性,临床上值得推广使用。

Tumor markers for the diagnosis of ovary malignant tumor

Objective To study the diagnostic value of the combined detection of four tumor markers（CAI25,TSGF,CEA and SIL-2R） in diagnosis of ovary malignant tumor. Methods 50 patients with ovary malignant tumor, 62 patients with ovary benign tumor, and 60 health people were chosen for the study.The four tumor markers including CA125,TSGF, CEA and SIL-2R were detected. Results Four tumor markers were all expressed at higher levels in malignant tumor group than in benign tumor group and healthy group （P〈0.01）. The sensitivity of the four tumor markers was CA125〉 TSGF〉CEA〉SIL-2R. The specificity of the four tumor markers was SIL-2R〉CEA〉TSGF〉CA125.In parallel test,the sensitivity of four tumor markers was 100% .In series test, the specificity of the four tumor markers was 98.39%. Conclusion The combined detection of CA125,TSGF,CEA and SIL-2R has a strong reliability in diagnosis of ovary malignant tumor and should be promoted in clinical use.
