血浆同型半胱氨酸与冠状动脉病变支数关系的探讨

摘    要:
目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆同型半脱氨酸(Hcy)与冠状动脉病变支数的关系。方法:选择2001年2月至2002年6月在我院住院并进行冠状动脉造影的患者89例,以未发现任何可辨认的斑块或狭窄者40例为对照组,冠状动脉造影显示至少有一支血管狭窄≥50%者(49例)为冠心病组,并根据冠状动脉病变支数进一步分为1支病变组(17例),2支病变组(14例)和3支病变组(18例)。冠状动脉造影前取静脉血,采用荧光衍生化后HLPC分离法检测Hcy。结果:冠心病组的血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。血浆Hcy水平升高越显著,则冠状动脉病变支数越多。结论:高血浆同型半胱氨酸水平是冠心病的一个危险因素。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the correlation between level of plasma homocystein (Hey) and the number of stenosed coronary vessel in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. Methods: Eight-nine subjects who underwent coronary angiography from February 2001 to June 2002 in our hospital were recruited in this study. Patients with 50% stenosis in at least one of the three coronary vessels were defined as CHD by angiography (n = 49). While subjects (n = 40) without stenosis in all the three coronary vessels were defined as normal controls. CHD cases were divided into single-vessel (n = 17), double-vessel (n = 14) and triple-vessel group (n = 18). Plasma Hey was measured before angiography in all subjects. Plasma Hey levels were measured used high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection. Results:Mean plasma Hcy level was significantly higher in CHD patients than in controls. Higher level of homocysteine was associated with increased number of stenosed vessel in CHD patients. Conclusion: Elevated plasma Hcy reflects the development of coronary atherosclerosis, it is a risk factor for coronary heart disease.
