| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素-18（IL-18）在变应性鼻炎（AR）的发生发展过程中的作用。方法以健康者作对照（对照组）,用酶联免疫吸附方法检测AR患者（AR组）脱敏治疗（1年）前、后血清IL-18水平。结果 AR组脱敏治疗前血清IL-18水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。AR组脱敏治疗后血清IL-18水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。AR组脱敏治疗后血清IL-18水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 IL-18在AR组中低表达,而在脱敏治疗后表达增高,提示IL-18在变应性炎症的发生、发展和脱敏治疗中发挥了重要作用。

The serum level of interleukin 18 before and after SIT in patients with allergic rhinitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the role of IL-18 in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Methods The serum levels of IL-18 in patients with allergic rhinitisand the health control were detected by ELISA before and after SIT（for 1 year）.Results The levels of IL-18 in patients before SIT were significantly lower than that in healthy control,and the levels after SIT were significantly higher than that before SIT.There was no significant difference between the healthy after-SIT.Conclusion IL-18 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic inflammation and the SIT therapy. |
