摘    要:
了解长期接触低浓度二硫化碳(CS2)对机体铜、锌水平的影响。方法SD大鼠48只随机分为三组,两个接触组分别吸入浓度为5mg/m3和50mg/m3的CS2,每日5小时,每周6日,连续6个月。对照组吸自然空气。三组各在染毒前及染毒2、4和6个月时测血及肝铜、锌水平。结果50mg/m3CS2接触组在染毒6个月时血浆和肝脏铜水平显著降低(P<0.05),而5mg/m3CS2接触组血浆及肝脏铜、锌水平均无显著性改变。结论长期接触CS2能干扰机体铜代谢,引起体内铜水平的降低;现行的生产车间空气中CS2最高容许浓度(10mg/m3)不会引起机体铜、锌代谢障碍。

Effects of chronic exposure to low concentration carbon disulfide on the lvevls of copper and zinc in rats
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of chronic exposure to low concentration carbon disulfide on the copper ard zinc level. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats inhaled CS2 vapour 5 hours a day, 6 days a week for six months. The CS2 concentrations were 5 mg/M3 and 50mg/M3 respectively. Results : The levels of copper in plasma and liver both were significntly decreased .(P <0. 05 ) in the group that inhaled 50 mg/M3 CS2 vapour after six months exposure. but there was no significant difference in the levels of copper or zinc in plasma or liv- er in the group that inhaled 5mg/M3 CS 2 vapour and the control. Conclusion : Exposure to CS2 can interfere with copper metabolism and decrease copper level in organisms. The current CS2 maximum allowable concentration (MAC ) is still regarded as safe.
